Andhra University - Vice Chancellor calls for quality educations

Seminar on 'continuously improving quality in higher education'

The Andhra University (AU) Vice Chancellor L. Venugopal Reddy on Thursday emphasized the need to adopt quality teaching methods to improve educational standards in all government educational institutions.

Speaking at a seminar on 'Continuously improving quality in higher education' organized by AU Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Gayatri Science and Management College at Gurazada College, he said the institutions should conform to the standards stipulated by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. He asked the students to enhance the good communication skills to reach their goals.

AU IQAC coordinator K. Rammohan, Gurazada Educational Institutions Director G. Swami Naidu, Gayatri Degree College Principal P. Srinivasa Rao and others spoke on the occasion. Nearly representatives of 60 colleges affiliated to AU participated in the seminar.
