Give more importance to campus placements

The Andhra University (AU) Vice Chancellor, L. Venugopal Reddy speaking at the Internal Quality Assessment Cell meeting on Monday said that AU is planning to set up Soft Skill Development Centers (SDCs) at all its affiliated colleges. He emphasized the need to give more importance to campus placements and publish the profiles of the students who got placements on college brochures.
He said that the attendance of teacher and students will be reviewed periodically. He also asked the faculty members of all the colleges to improve the teaching quality. Member of the Executive Members and principals of the university colleges attended the meeting.
