The 38th Annual Convocation of Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University for conferring degrees is proposed to be held in the first week of June 2006 at the University Auditorium, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. The exact date and time of the Convocation will be notification will be notified later. All the UG/PG candidates (including Veterinary Science) who have qualified themselves for the award of Degree during the period from 01-06-2004 to 31-03-2005 are eligible for admission into this Convocation. The candidates intending to take their degree at this Convocation, either 'In-person' or 'In-absentia' should send their applications in the prescribed form by paying the Convocation as well as degree certificate fee of Rs. 400/- and Rs. 450/- for 'In-person' or In-absentia' respectively along with two of their latest passport size photographs duly indicating their Name & ID No. on the reverse for affixing on their Degree Certificates. The candidates who have qualified themselves for the award of the degrees prior to 28th January, 1979 but did not obtain their degrees so far, may also submit their application for admission to this Convocation duly paying the penalty fee of Rs. 900/- to become eligible to take their degrees In-absentia only. The filled in application should be sent to the Registrar, Acharya N G Ranga Agriculture University, Administrative Office, Rajendrangar, Hyderabad-500030 so as to reach on or before 10-05-2006.

Separate application forms for 'In-person' or 'In-absentia' for the purpose can be obtained from the University Office or any of its constituent colleges of the Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University, by paying the prescribed fee from 03-04-2006 onwards.
