Three member team from US visits KU

A three member team from Central Michigan University visited Kakatiya University visited to identify the specific areas to enter Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for conducting Masters, research and doctoral programmes. The Vice Chancellor the University during his visit in the last March to US had signed a MoU with the University for conducting PG, research and exchange programmes. The team consisting of Monica Rao (CMU Outreach Liaison), Karen I. Adams and Marvis J. Lary (Deans) visited the departments of Commerce & Business Management, Education, Chemistry, Biotechnology and the University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences to study the course structure, syllabus and research facilities available in the university.
The Kakatiya University alumni in US and the CMU have already created a fund of $10,000 each for faculty exchange programme. Ms.Monica Rao said that the team was highly pleased with the facilities available in the university and would benefit the student community.
