I. Admission into the following courses will be made on the basis of the rank obtained in the entrance test to be conducted by the University subject to eligibility as given in the information brochure.

II. Admission into the following courses will be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

a. MA: Ancient History & Archaeology, Mahayana Buddhist studies, Economics, Applied Economics, History, Political Science, Public Administration, Rural Development, Sanskrit, Sociology, Telugu and Hindi.

b. MHRM: Master of Human Resource Management.

c. MSc: Aquaculture, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Food & Nutritional Science and Geology.

d. LLM

Note

1. A Pass in the qualifying examination is the minimum eligibility.

2. Candidates who appeared for the qualifying examination in March / April 2006 are also eligible to apply for admission.

3. There is no age restriction for admission into any course.

4. Candidates who wish to take admissions into the PG courses offered by Minority Colleges are also required to appear for the entrance test(s) to be conducted by the University.

5. Separate application must be submitted for each course.

Candidates who wish to obtain the application by post should apply only to The Director, Directorate of Admissions, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur-522510 by enclosing a requisition along with a DD for Rs. 250/- and self addressed stamped envelope (25 x 30 cm) for a Rs. 30/- (by speed post ). Application should invariably write his / her name and address on the reversed of the DD (DDs drawn on other banks other than mentioned above are not accepted)
