NTR Health University takes decision to avoid leakage of papers

The NTR University of Health Sciences which is under fire of leakage of question papers has decided and transmitted the question papers for the MD, MS (Medicine) examinations on line to 11 examination centres across the State.

The Vice Chancellor of NTR University, R. Sambasivarao said that the question papers were transmitted an hour before the scheduled time and the later informed the password to the centre supervisors who downloaded them half an hour before the examination. The question papers were then photocopied to be distributed to the candidates. The online transmission was hassle free and this system would save both money and time for the University. Alternative arrangements were made in the event of any system break down.

The Higher Education department of the Andhra Pradesh Government has agreed to set up a network centre at the University to enable the students of various medical colleges to listen to the lectures of the experts on line.
