The row over roster system erupted again on Friday during the PG medical counseling at the NTR University of Health Sciences. Candidates attending the counseling disrupted the proceedings for more than three hours in protest against the roster system and they alleged that the roster system was faulty. They alleged that due to the roster system, forward caste students and meritorious students were deprived of seats of their choice. The police interfered, held talks with the protesters, and convinced them to stop their protest.
