Application form with SKUCET-2006 Prospectus can be obtained from the Andhra Bank, S K University Campus Branch and S K U Extension Counter. Application forms are also available in the Head Post Offices of Anantapur, Kurnool, Kadapa, Chittoor, Nellore, Madanapalli, Tirupathi Yemmiganur, Kadiri, Rayadurg, Tadipatri, Kalyanadurg, Gooty, Penukonda, Madakasira, and Allagadda. An amount of 200 + Rs.10 (towards bank/post office service charges) has to be paid towards the cost of the application form. Application form can also be had by post form the Director, Directorate of Admissions, on submission of a crossed Demand Draft obtained on or after 25-03-2006 for Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of the Director, Directorate of Admissions along with a self address envelope of size 40 cm x 30 cm and stamps worth Rs. 30. A separate application is to be submitted for each subject of Entrance Test. Money Order / Postal Order / Cash will not be accepted. Entrance Test papers of two previous years are also available for sale at Rs. 40 + Rs. 10 (Bank / Post Office service charges) at the said Bank Braches and post offices.

1. Filled in application should reach Director, Directorate of Admission, S K University, Anantapur - 515 003 by registered / speed post / courier only on or before 5-00 p.m. on 29-04-2006.
2. Submission of application in person at the Directorate of Admission is not allowed.
3. The Director is not responsible for any postal / Courier delay or loss in transit.
4. Eligible candidates seeking readmission should also apply.
5. In addition to the sanctioned strength, seats under payment category are available in almost all the subjects.
