Minimum marks for a Pass

The aggregate marks required for a pass in a semester examination is 50%. However, a separate minimum of 45% marks is fixed for each paper

Grading of Results

Candidates who have secured not less than 50% marks in the aggregate of total marks for all papers in six semesters, Comprehensive viva-voce, practical training shall be declared to have passed the BBM Degree examination in Second Class. Candidates who obtain an average of not less than 60% of the total marks (as explained in para I above) shall be declared passed the BBM degree in First Class. Candidates who obtain an average of not less than 75% of the total marks (as explained in Para I above) shall be declared to have passed the BBM degree examination with Distinction.
