Eligibility

i.For MPT Course pass in a full time regular BPT/B.Sc. (PT) course from any recognized University with completion of all requirements of the degree course including Internship by 1st September 2006.

ii.For MOT Course pass in a full time regular BOT/B.Sc. (OT) course from any recognized University with completion of all requirements of the degree course including Internship by 1st September 2006.

Reservation: For SC/ST candidates as per Govt. of India rule.

Selection: Candidates are selected through the Entrance Examination conducted at the Institute.

Prospectus-cum-Application Form can be obtained either in person on payment of cash of Rs.500/- for General Category and Rs.300/- for SC/ST/PH Category from the Institute's counter or through post by sending a Demand Draft of Rs.550/- for General Category and Rs.350/- for SC/ST/PH category in favour of Director, Svnirtar payable at Cuttack on any Nationalised Bank.

The Application Form of MPT and MOT can also be downloaded from the Svnirtar website http://www.nirtar.nic.in. The candidates are however advised to follow the instructions available in the website while filling up the downloaded form. The candidate must enclose the prescribed fees in the form of Demand Draft along with the downloaded form and send it to the Director, Svnirtar, Olatpur, P.o.Bairoi. Dist. Cuttack, Orissa-754010.
