B.Tech. /B.Arch./ M.Tech. (2006-2007 Academic Session)

Applications are invited to fill the vacant seats through DIRECT ADMISSION in the college in B.Tech (1st/ 2nd year) in all the branches of Engg. i.e. Electronics & Comm., Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, Civil, Textile & B. Architecture(1st year).

Applications are further invited for admission to M.Tech. in Construction Technology and Management. All GATE qualified students having valid GATE score card are eligible for scholarship.
The direct admission for the above seats will be held in two stages as per following schedule:

Schedule of counseling for 28th August 2006 and 30th August 2006

B.ARCH. and B.TECH : ( Date 28th Aug. 2006)
(a) CET all ranks : Time : 10.00 a.m.
(b) AIEEE all ranks : Time : 11.00 a.m.
(c) Only 10+2 candidates : Time : 12.00 noon

Applicant should bring his/her proof of clearing qualifying examination CET/AIEEE/10+2/Diploma (For 1st Year) and for 2nd year B.Tech. LEET / Diploma from the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training or its equivalent (eligibility minimum 50%), Roll No. and Rank (as applicable).
The order of preference for students who have cleared the following entrance qualifying exams for admission to 1st year would be as follows (i) CET (ii) AIEEE & (iii) 10+2 and for 2nd year B.Tech. (i) LEET Rank (ii) Diploma %age. The candidate must present himself, in person at the time of counseling. The candidate will have to submit original documents and fees at the time of counseling. The fees will be approximately Rs. 42000/- (Rs. Forty two thousand only).
